PROJECT OVERVIEW:

Seeking a Process Improvement Consultant with SAP experience to assess and optimize business and technical workflows within SAP systems. This role focuses on driving efficiency through process analysis, reengineering, and tool optimization, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 5+ years of SAP functional or technical consulting experience.
• Expertise in process mapping and reengineering methodologies.
• Familiarity with SAP change management, Solution Manager, and SAP system landscapes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Experience working in SAP public sector environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Visio, Word).

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Analyze current SAP operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Design and document optimized workflows for SAP ECC, SRM, and BW.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to implement process improvements.
• Support change management initiatives related to process changes.
• Provide training and support to ensure adoption of new processes.
