Description

Analysis of existing business and system processes in the SAP environment
Recording, evaluating and structuring technical requirements from the specialist departments
Translation of business requirements into actionable system and solution requirements
Conceptual design, specification and documentation of system requirements for SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP Service Parts Management (SPM)
Close collaboration with specialist departments, IT architects, and development and project teams.
Creation and maintenance of process documentation and process models in Signavio
Consulting regarding SAP standard solutions and evaluation of possible in-house developments
Conducting impact analyses and providing expert evaluation of solution options
Taking over Level 3 support for SAP SPM processes, including analysis of complex incidents and sustainable troubleshooting.
Coordination and follow-up of incidents, defects, and process improvements
Support with testing, releases and go-live activities / Participation in transformation and optimization projects in the SAP environment
