We are now looking for a Functional Lead in the Production Process area to join our rapidly growing local SAP Consulting Team.
In this role you’ll be responsible of leading the Production Process Stream in a client project. Our culture supports and expects you to provide expert guidance and utilize experience on leading practices in your specialty areas for the whole project team. The common goal for us and the client is for the team to acquire a good understanding of business processes and be able to offer the best solution to meet the business needs. You will have a key role in shaping the solution and direction of the project as well as great opportunity to pursue your passion and put your skills to good use together with the premier specialists within SAP Practice in Finland and broadly within Nordics and Europe.

We are looking for an SAP PP professional who has an appetite for delivering sustainable, business-driven projects and being excited to co-operate with the largest companies and well-known brands. You enjoy engaging with clients to understand their requirements from which you’re able to effectively scope and define solution options for key challenges in production planning and closely related areas while providing subject matter expertise with a good awareness of SAP and associated technologies within the area.

Your most important attributes we’d like to see are:

• Experience from SAP consulting / SAP SME / Stream lead roles in transformation projects, being the expert of one or several SAP process areas such as PP, PM, QM
• Sound understanding of the SAP product roadmap and experience of SAP S/4HANA and other SAP technologies
• Good understanding of S/4HANA product roadmap and knowledge of relevant delivery methods for SAP (waterfall, hybrid agile, agile)

Additionally, to ensure smooth start and succeeding in the role, it is required from the applicant to:

• Have a master’s degree or similar relevant educational background with several years of experience in leading and/or coordinating your own project stream
• Have profound knowledge of production processes (especially within production planning and manufacturing). Experience of other closely related SAP solutions such as PS, PPDS, APO or others is appreciated but not required
• Have team player attitude and hunger to develop new professional skills
• Be fluent in English with proficiency in Finnish language seen as an advantage
• Be currently located in Finland and possess a valid residence permit. For this role we do not offer relocation
