Required Experience & Skills:

  • Proven track record in account management and/or delivery leadership roles within IT services/consulting, preferably with significant onsite experience.
  • Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA projects (implementation, transformation, rollout, and AMS).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs and multiple workstreams.
  • Excellent client-facing, communication, and senior stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience contributing to or leading RFP responses and pre-sales activities.
  • Strong leadership presence and ability to inspire confidence
Responsibilities

We seek a dynamic and experienced Onsite Account Lead/Director to manage and grow key strategic accounts. This role is critical for overseeing ongoing SAP S/4HANA transformation programs and Application Management Services (AMS) across S4, ECC, MDG and BASIS operations, ensuring delivery excellence, and fostering strong client relationships. Demonstrating strong, visible onsite leadership is paramount to securing this strategic win.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary onsite leader for the client, building trust and rapport with key stakeholders.
  • Drive client satisfaction through proactive engagement and ensuring service quality.
  • Oversee successful delivery of S4HANA transformation programs and SAP S/4HANA AMS engagements.
  • Actively contribute to the strategy, solutioning, and positioning for the upcoming large-scale S/4HANA rollout RFP.
  • Provide visible, credible leadership on the ground, showcasing our commitment and capability to the client.
  • Identify further growth opportunities within the account.
  • Mentor and guide the team in delivering value to the customer and account growth.
