SAP Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in SAP implementations and consulting to lead and drive complex enterprise projects. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP solutions, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful end-to-end project delivery. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 10+ years of experience in SAP program/project management, preferably in consulting environments.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, ECC, SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, etc.), and cloud solutions.
• Proven track record of delivering complex SAP projects on time and within budget.
• Solid understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.
• Experience managing global stakeholders, teams, and vendors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to mitigate risks and resolve conflicts.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
• SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Activate, PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in SAP consulting firms or Big 4 advisory would be a plus
• Understanding of emerging SAP technologies, AI/ML, and automation in ERP.
• Ability to drive business transformation initiatives using SAP solutions.

• Lead and manage large-scale SAP implementation, migration, and upgrade projects across multiple business units.
• Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and post-go-live support.
• Engage with stakeholders, executives, and clients to understand business requirements and provide strategic direction.
• Ensure timely project delivery within scope, budget, and quality constraints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SAP consultants, developers, business analysts, and end-users.
• Drive continuous process improvements, automation, and best practices in SAP program management.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party consultants for SAP-related initiatives.
• Lead change management and training programs for seamless user adoption.
• Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and reports to senior leadership.
