Job Description The SAP Program Manager is responsible for leading complex, multi-stream SAP programs across global business units in a regulated (GxP-compliant) environment. The role ensures successful delivery of SAP-enabled transformation initiatives, including integrations with procurement, manufacturing, compliance, and third-party systems. This includes oversight of full program lifecycle: business case, planning, execution, cutover, and hypercare. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end SAP programs (ECC, S/4HANA, GTS, etc.) in regulated life sciences environments Ensure alignment with GxP, CSV, data integrity, and QA/compliance requirements Drive stakeholder engagement across IT, business, QA, external vendors, and regulatory Define and manage integrated plans (budget, resources, timelines, risk/issues, dependencies) Lead SAP integrations with systems like Coupa, MES (e.g., Syncade), and logistics providers Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams across geographies (100+ FTE typical) Establish and manage program governance (steering committees, PMO, reporting cadence) Align with ITIL, Agile, and Waterfall delivery methodologies where appropriate Support testing, validation, cutover planning, and hypercare in compliance-sensitive domains Manage vendor and SI relationships, including scope, SLAs, commercials, and delivery quality Qualifications Required Experience 10+ years’ experience in SAP project/program management, including ECC and S/4HANA Proven delivery of SAP projects in regulated environments (GxP, GMP, FDA, EMA, etc.) Demonstrated leadership of global programs (>€5M budget, 100+ team members) Experience integrating SAP with procurement (e.g., Coupa, Ariba) and MES systems Strong understanding of validation lifecycle, CSV, and QA interactions Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills Familiar with pharma business processes: manufacturing, supply chain, quality, procurement Preferred Skills & Certifications PMP / PRINCE2 SAP certifications (e.g., MM, FI/CO, S/4HANA) ITIL Foundation or higher Experience with Agile (SAFe, Scrum), Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models Excellent communication and leadership skills Fluent English (other EU languages a plus) Additional Information Why Fusion?
