Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Execution:
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead cross-functional teams including SAP consultants, developers, and business stakeholders.
  • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure team alignment.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Maintain communication with stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates.
  • Risk & Issue Management:
  • Identify project risks and issues.
  • Develop and implement mitigation strategies.
  • SAP Implementation Oversight:
  • Ensure SAP solutions are optimized for business processes.
  • Oversee system configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Post-Implementation Support:
  • Provide training and support to end-users.
  • Monitor system performance and resolve issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in SAP project management.
  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP-specific credentials (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate).
  • Experience with SAP modules like SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, or SAP BW.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of SAP systems and integration.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
