Your task

As part of our SAP Process & Technology Consulting team at our locations in Germany, you will lead demanding SAP business transformations for national and international clients. You will take responsibility for complex programs and projects, design future-proof business processes, and combine strategic consulting with successful implementation.

• Leading international SAP Business Transformation programs and projects from strategy and design to successful implementation.
• Managing complex SAP S/4HANA transformations across multiple countries, business units, and project teams
• Advising clients on the optimization, standardization and digitalization of end-to-end processes in areas such as supply chain, manufacturing, order to cash and source to pay.
• Joint development of viable target images, roadmaps and implementation models for SAP line-of-business solutions.
• Taking on leadership responsibilities, developing project teams and using transformation methodologies such as SAP Activate, PMI or PRINCE2

Your skillset

• Successfully completed studies and over ten years of experience in managing complex SAP programs or projects in an international environment
• Solid experience in SAP business transformations, SAP S/4HANA, and end-to-end processes along key value chains.
• Knowledge of common project and transformation methodologies such as SAP Activate, PMI or PRINCE2, as well as confident communication skills in German and English (C1)
