REQUIREMENTS

  • 15+ years of SAP experience , with at least 8 years in leadership roles managing complex, multi-country SAP programs.
  • Deep expertise in SAP SD module , including Order-to-Cash, Pricing, Billing, Credit Management, and integration with MM/FICO.
  • Strong understanding of S/4HANA transformation programs and cloud/hybrid landscapes.
  • Proven track record of managing budgets >$10M and leading global SAP rollouts or complex system integrations.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders and business leaders .
  • Solid background in program governance, risk management, and vendor management .
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field .
Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership for large SAP programs, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Oversee the implementation, rollout, and optimization of SAP SD solutions, integrating with other SAP modules (MM, FICO, PP, etc.) and third-party systems.
  • Lead project governance, planning, and execution , ensuring compliance with organizational standards, methodologies, and quality benchmarks.
  • Partner with senior business stakeholders, vendors, and consulting teams to define project goals, success criteria, and risk management plans.
  • Drive business process design, solution architecture, and change management initiatives to ensure seamless adoption.
  • Mentor and manage project managers, functional consultants, and technical teams , fostering collaboration and high-performance culture.
  • Act as the executive escalation point for project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring effective resolution.
  • Deliver status updates, executive reports, and presentations to C-level stakeholders and steering committees.
