Start Date: August End Date: Extension may be possible) Allocation: Full-time (100%) Location: Stockholm, Sweden (Hybrid – approximately 3 days onsite and 2 days remote) Assignment Description We are looking for a highly experienced SAP Project Manager to support the final implementation phase of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program within an international asset-intensive organization. This is a hands-on delivery leadership role focused on coordinating multiple workstreams, aligning business and IT stakeholders, and ensuring successful execution during the project's most critical stages, including migration, cutover, and go-live preparation. Example Responsibilities Lead and coordinate delivery across multiple SAP workstreams. Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners. Manage project risks, dependencies, timelines, and delivery progress. Ensure alignment with scope, quality objectives, and implementation plans. Coordinate migration, cutover, and go-live readiness activities. Provide structured reporting to program management and steering committees. Mandatory Requirements Minimum 10 years of experience as an SAP Project Manager. Proven track record delivering end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation projects. Hands-on experience with SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and/or Enterprise Portfolio & Project Management (EPPM). Strong experience planning and executing migration and cutover activities. Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-workstream transformation initiatives involving multiple stakeholders. Experience working within the energy, utilities, or other asset-intensive industries. Professional fluency in English. Experience with document management solutions and integrations with Finance, Controlling, and Procurement processes is considered an advantage. Previous experience working in international project environments is preferred. Swedish language skills are considered an advantage.
