Job Title: SAP Project Manager / Delivery Manager
Location: Wilmington, DE and Washington, DC (5 Days Onsite)

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager / Delivery Manager with a strong functional background in SAP modules such as OTC, Procurement, or Finance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience as an SAP functional consultant and a deep understanding of SAP integration and business processes. This role requires leadership in managing SAP AMS projects, resolving critical issues, maintaining SLAs, and presenting metrics to stakeholders. This is a full-time onsite position (5 days a week) in Wilmington, DE or Washington, DC.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong background in SAP with expertise in at least one or two modules (e.g., SAP OTC, Procurement, Finance).
  • Prior experience as a functional SAP consultant with solid knowledge of integration across modules.
  • Minimum 2–3 SAP AMS project experiences.
  • Hands-on knowledge of SLA management, KPIs, and AMS processes.
  • Proficiency in ITSM tools like ServiceNow, including report and dashboard creation.
  • Understanding of SAP ABAP is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to independently prepare presentations and reports for executive-level audiences.
  • Willingness and ability to work onsite 5 days a week in Wilmington, DE or Washington, DC.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage SAP AMS (Application Management Services) projects across multiple modules.
  • Conduct daily stand-up calls and take ownership of resolving critical and long-standing SAP issues.
  • Utilize strong SAP functional knowledge to effectively communicate with business teams and understand incident details.
  • Collaborate with SAP ABAP teams; basic understanding of ABAP is preferred.
  • Monitor and manage SLA compliance, priorities, and KPIs essential to AMS operations.
  • Use ITSM tools such as ServiceNow to create dashboards, reports, and visualizations for SLA tracking.
  • Handle incident escalations and ensure timely resolution.
  • Prepare and present metrics, performance data, and issue resolutions to customer steering committees on a fortnightly/monthly basis.
  • Communicate effectively with SAP teams and client stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment.
