REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 10+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 6+ years managing SAP projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules (such as SAP S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SD, PP, SuccessFactors, etc.).
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end SAP implementations, upgrades, and support projects.
• Experience with onsite–offshore delivery model.
• Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid).
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• PMP / PMI / Prince2 certification (preferred).
• SAP Activate methodology experience (preferred).

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of SAP implementation, upgrade, and support projects. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing SAP programs in a global environment, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage SAP project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and SAP consultants to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, budgets, and risk management strategies.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between onsite and offshore teams.
• Monitor deliverables, resolve issues proactively, and provide regular project status updates to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with PMO methodologies, governance, and SAP best practices.
• Drive change management and user adoption during SAP rollout or upgrades.
