Join us in shaping the future of digital transformation at Vaillant. You will play a pivotal role in modernizing our ERP landscape and driving the transition from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. We are looking for someone who leads with purpose, connects teams, and brings innovation to life. More specifically:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA projects, from initial planning to post-go-live support, ensuring a smooth and efficient rollout.
• Define project goals, deliverables, and success criteria while establishing governance structures and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, acting as the primary liaison between internal departments, IT, and external partners, ensuring transparent communication across all project phases.
• Oversee key project activities, including data migration, system integration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and cutover strategies.
• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies while driving change management initiatives to support user adoption.
• Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, internal controls, and audit requirements while leveraging your expertise in RICEFW.
