This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 800000 - Rs 1800000 (ie INR 8-18 LPA) Min Experience: 5 years Location: Pune JobType: full-time We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager with a strong background in leading end-to-end implementations and supporting SAP SD or SAP MM modules. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, ensure smooth project delivery, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to achieve key business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage SAP implementation and support projects for SAP SD or SAP MM modules. Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, business users, and technical teams to align project requirements and outcomes. Manage and mentor project team members (minimum 4–5 people), providing guidance and performance feedback. Ensure effective communication, escalation management, and stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and drive project efficiency and process improvements. Required Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of proven project management experience in SAP environments. Hands-on implementation and support experience in SAP SD or SAP MM modules. Strong team leadership skills with the ability to manage medium-sized teams. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management capabilities. Proven ability to drive project execution in dynamic and cross-functional environments.
