In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients to deliver integrated PS/CPM capabilities that enhance: • Project planning and execution • Financial tracking and controlling • Commercial and profitability processes ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Delivery • Lead SAP PS/CPM solution design, configuration, and deployment • Analyze business requirements across project and commercial processes • Deliver scalable, integrated SAP solutions SAP PS Configuration • Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) • Networks & Activities • Cost Planning & Budgeting • Settlements • Milestones, Progress Analysis, Results Analysis SAP CPM Configuration • Project Workspace & Project Control • Commercial Planning • Risk & Issue Management • Financial Planning & Profitability Management Project Execution • Support full project lifecycle: o Blueprinting o Build & Configuration o Testing o Data Migration o Cutover & Go-live o Hypercare Technical & Integration • Develop functional specifications for WRICEF objects (Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) • Collaborate with ABAP teams for development • Integrate with modules: o FI/CO o MM o SD o HR o PM Support & Documentation • Provide L2/L3 production support ensuring SLA adherence • Prepare: o Configuration documents o Process flows o Training materials • Contribute to knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement initiatives ________________________________________ Required Skills & Experience • 4–8 years of hands-on SAP PS and/or CPM experience • Strong understanding of end-to-end project lifecycle, including: o Planning & execution o Cost control & forecasting o Billing & financial closure Core Expertise • WBS, Networks, Activities • Costing, Budgeting, Forecasting • Results Analysis (RA) & Settlements • Project Billing: o Fixed Price o Time & Material Technical & Functional • Experience with SAP S/4HANA PS/CPM (preferred) • Strong integration knowledge (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, PM) • Ability to create functional specifications (WRICEF) • Experience working in onshore/offshore delivery models Soft Skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management • Client-facing consulting experience Preferred Qualifications • SAP Certification in PS or CPM • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum / SAFe) • Prior experience working with global clients • Exposure to: o SAP EPPM / PPM o SAP Analytics Cloud (for project reporting)
