Responsibilities Create Purchase order assigned to WBS Create necessary contracts due to project owner instructions Arrange system deposits, as requested by order agreement Track purchase order until its successful delivery Prepare system for invoice register by the accounting department Skilled in utilizing ERP systems to streamline business operations and improve efficiency. Quickly adapt to changing environments and new technologies. Proficient in analyzing and optimizing processes to drive operational success. Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization abilities. Experienced in procurement processes, vendor management, and cost control. Knowledgeable in GAAP and IFRS, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance. Previous experience in SAP ERP is considered a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
