REFX: The opportunity We are looking for an experienced SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) Consultant to join our Technology Consulting team. Key Responsibilities: Lead SAP RE-FX implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and EY methodologies. Conduct business process analysis for real estate management, lease accounting, and contract administration, mapping requirements to SAP RE-FX functionalities. Configure and customize SAP RE-FX Module, including master data, contract management, valuation, and integration with FI/CO and Asset Accounting. Ensure compliance with IFRS 16 and ASC 842 lease accounting standards during configuration and reporting. Perform system testing (Unit, Integration, and UAT) and ensure adherence to quality standards. Develop and deliver end-user training, prepare documentation for configurations, processes, and best practices. Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and apply system enhancements or updates. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Procurement, Asset Management) and stakeholders to integrate RE-FX with other SAP modules. Advise clients on best practices for real estate portfolio management, lease accounting, and digital transformation initiatives. Support S/4HANA migration and digital enablement, including integration with analytics and reporting tools. Key Profile Requirements: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Information Technology. 3–5 years of professional experience in SAP Real Estate Management (RE-FX) implementations. Minimum 2–3 full-cycle SAP RE-FX projects, including design, configuration, and deployment. Prior experience in Oil & Gas or Utilities sectors is an advantage. Strong knowledge of SAP RE-FX functionalities: master data, contract management, valuation, lease accounting, and integration with FI/CO and Asset Accounting. Familiarity with integration points with other SAP modules (MM, PM, PS). Exposure to S/4HANA environments and digital transformation projects. Knowledge of SAP Activate, Agile, or Hybrid implementation methodologies. Ability to work in complex, multi-country environments and deliver under tight timelines.
