Description
Act as a key liaison between business functions and technical teams. Analyse customer business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Lead enhancement management activities including documentation, testing, and stakeholder training. Coordinate with project teams during analysis, implementation, and defect resolution phases. Deliver projects aligned with business needs, timelines, and budgets. Provide effort estimations and delivery plans in collaboration with senior designers and developers. 8-12 years of experience in SAP FICA/RMCA, preferably in the telecommunications sector. Strong understanding of finance processes, billing, invoicing, and receivables. Proficient in RMCA/FICA flows including Payment Lot, Return Lot, Direct Debit, Dunning, Collections, and Security Deposits. Skilled in ALE IDOCs, RFC APIs, REST APIs, and CRM integration. Demonstrated ability to manage estimates, tasks, risks, and escalations. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable working in dynamic, international environments with frequent change. Holds a master's degree in business administration or economics. SAP certification preferred.
