You have: Deep end‑to‑end retail process understanding Strong cross‑functional breadth (Finance + O2C + P2P + Supply Chain) Hands‑on experience embedding test automation into SAP programs The credibility to lead business, SI partners, and automation teams Must‑Have SAP Functional Background: 10–15+ years SAP experience At least one full S/4HANA transformation Strong functional depth in at least one, and working knowledge of all: Finance: FI, CO, R2R, integrations with SD/MM Sales: SD, O2C, pricing, promotions Logistics: MM, inventory, sourcing, warehouse processes Experience with: Cross‑module integration S/4 simplifications vs ECC IDocs, APIs, and middleware touchpoints Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in country’s official language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency), project-related mobility/willingness to travel Given that this is just a short snapshot of the role we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all the requirements listed above.
