Futrend Technology Inc. is hiring an experienced SAP S/4 HANA Supply-Chain Functional LEAD to join our team of industry leading professionals supporting our Customers in the Federal Government.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

  • Lead Business workshops to elicit business pain points and define high-level and low-level SAP
  • 10+ years of SAP FICO with 5+ years of S/4 HANA-related P2P, OTC and Inventory Management (MM, SD, QM, PM) implementation experience
  • Integration knowledge of SAP supply chain and FICO is needed to perform effectively in this role.
  • The candidate should have led workshop sessions with business stakeholders to build high-level functional designs and convert them into detailed low-level design documents.
  • Prefer to have an understanding of the development process in SAP HANA, UI5/FIORI development, and exposure to HANA Enterprise Cloud Architecture.
  • Extensive experience in working in Cross-functional teams
  • Excellent Oral, Written, and interpersonal communication skills. Solid presentation skills.

Responsibilities

PURPOSE

The Application Lead – SAP S/4 HANA Supply-Chain, is a key individual contributor responsible for solutioning SAP applications by designing and configuring business processes to deliver business capabilities. The primary role is to engage with the business team to understand Finance related requirements, facilitate business workshops, define a solution blueprint that maps the AS-IS and TO-BE business processes, work with SMEs from other applications to define integration points and dependencies, provide functional and operational oversight to application function teams. He/she will work with cross-functional and technical teams to identify, propose, and implement technology solutions.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead Business workshops to elicit business pain points and define high-level and low-level SAP Solution design/blueprint documents. Should be an expert in configuring systems, especially in SAP P2P, OTC, and Inventory Management. Ability to provide necessary functional and technical inputs to SAP Development teams. Provide solution direction and guidance to functional and technical leads evaluating the latest industry trends and needs of the business. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
  • Drive Operational excellence and quality control by adopting best practices to minimize incidents, benchmark against the global leaders in the peer industry, stay current with the latest solutions and tools, and provide functional leadership to the team.
  • Drive Innovation by leading efforts to create proof of concepts and working prototypes to drive adoption of technology and solutions per Information technology guidelines. Should be seen as a thought leader amongst his peers.
