Description
This is a remote position. We are seeking an experienced FIN or SCM Consultant to support the Training Development work-stream as part of the SAP S/4HANA implementation for a client in collaboration with our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in SAP modules relevant to their role and a strong background in enterprise transformation projects. Key Responsibilities: Technical Expertise: · Provide subject matter expertise in FIN-related processes and SAP S/4HANA best practices. · Configure, test, and optimize SAP functionalities in alignment with business requirements. · Develop functional specifications and oversee system integration activities. · Ensure compliance with SAP and industry standards for security, reporting, and operational excellence. · Leverage experience with SAP Fiori, UI5, and related tools to enhance system functionality. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: · Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and consultants to implement solutions effectively. · Lead design workshops to gather requirements and develop strategic solutions. · Conduct knowledge transfer and training sessions for key users and stakeholders. · Ability to create training content in various modalities (Instructor led, web based, Quick reference guides, simulations) · Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Problem-Solving and Optimization: · Identify and address challenges, risks, and optimization opportunities within the Training Development work-stream. · Proactively propose improvements to existing processes and configurations. · Ensure timely resolution of issues and provide support during project go-live and post-go-live phases. Requirements Required Qualifications · 3+ years of SAP experience, with specialization in FIN-related modules and functionalities. · Knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain Management and HCM business processes. · Strong understanding of Training Development processes, best practices, and integration points within SAP. · Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Power point, Excel, Word) · Strong visual design and presentation skills · Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, or transformation projects. · Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. · Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. · Experience with SAP Fiori, UI5, and related tools is a plus. · SAP certification in the relevant area is preferred.
