Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant (f/m/d) for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, you perform the following tasks:

Deliver innovative S/4HANA cloud services – Deliver agile, outcome-driven solutions to digitally transform our customers with a special focus on service management.

  • Implementation methodologies – Leverage proven SAP best practice methodologies to ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively.
  • Workshops and process design – Conduct fit-to-standard workshops and develop tailored business processes as part of the SAP Activate implementation methodology.
  • Change management support – You actively accompany and support our customers in the change management process during the SAP S/4HANA transformation.
  • Collaborate across teams – Work closely with the sales, pre-sales, solution management, service, and support teams within the SAP organization to deliver the greatest value to our customers.
  • Knowledge management and transfer – Continuously expand your expertise in a specific S/4HANA Public Cloud area and drive knowledge transfer within the team.
  • Collaboration with Product management – close collaboration with service management product organization to support the continuous development of the solution and constantly roll-in feedback and requirements from the market.
