Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant to join a high-impact project for in Singapore. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional expertise in Finance and Controlling with hands-on experience in S/4HANA (including Public Cloud) implementations. Key Responsibilities Lead and support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA FICO implementations Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications Configure and customize SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center, Profit Center Accounting) Drive fit-gap analysis, solution design, and system configuration Collaborate with technical teams for enhancements, integrations, and data migration Support UAT, deployment, and post-go-live activities Provide functional expertise in S/4HANA Public Cloud environments Engage with stakeholders to explain business rationale behind solutions, not just technical configurations Ensure adherence to best practices and project timelines Mandatory Requirements Minimum 8+ years of experience in SAP FICO (focused experience in FICO module) Proven experience in S/4HANA implementations (at least 1–2 end-to-end projects) Exposure to S/4HANA Public Cloud is highly preferred Strong knowledge of: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Asset Accounting Costing & Controlling Experience in rollouts, upgrades, and support projects Ability to work independently and within teams Interview Expectations Demonstrate strong understanding of business processes in Finance & Controlling Ability to explain why specific solutions were implemented, not just how Showcase real-time project experience and decision-making scenarios Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

The consultant will lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA FICO implementations, including requirement gathering, system configuration, and solution design. They will also collaborate with technical teams for data migration and support post-go-live activities.
