Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant to join a leading UAE-based organization undergoing continuous digital transformation and SAP enhancement initiatives across finance and business operations. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong hands-on experience in SAP Finance (FICO), particularly within S/4HANA environments, and who have worked on UAE VAT / FTA compliance requirements. The role will focus on supporting and improving existing SAP finance processes, handling system enhancements, change requests, integrations, and supporting business users across multiple finance-related functions. SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant Location: UAE Contract: 1-Year Extendable Contract Industry: SAP / ERP / Digital Transformation Key Responsibilities Support and enhance SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions across the organization Review and optimize finance-related business processes and system configurations Handle change requests, enhancements, and support activities within SAP FICO Manage and support: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Asset Accounting (AA) Bank Accounting Treasury and Cash Management Support UAE VAT and tax compliance requirements aligned with FTA regulations Work on E-Invoicing enhancements, validations, and integrations Collaborate with procurement, sales, finance, and technical teams Support integrations across P2P, O2C, and external systems Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams Participate in SIT, UAT, cutover, and post-go-live support activities Provide business-facing support and stakeholder coordination Requirements To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria: Minimum 8+ years of SAP FICO functional consulting experience Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance Mandatory experience in: UAE VAT FTA compliance requirements VAT configurations and reporting Experience in enhancement, AMS, or support environments Strong knowledge of: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting Treasury / Cash Management Financial closing and reconciliation processes Good understanding of integrations with MM, SD, Procurement, and external systems Experience working in UAE or GCC-based projects/environments Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Preferred Experience Exposure to Real Estate, Property Management, Hospitality, or asset-heavy industries Experience with Treasury, BCM, FSCM, or E-Invoicing solutions Exposure to SAP BTP, CPI, PI/PO, or middleware integrations How to Apply If this aligns with your experience, apply through our website or send your updated CV.
