POSITION OVERVIEW:

As our SAP S/4 HANA Global Process Specialist, you will analyze, design, implement, and optimize business processes within the SAP environment with a strong emphasis on SAP S/4HANA solutions. Working closely with business stakeholders, you’ll understand their needs, identify improvement opportunities, and develop solutions that align with business goals and industry best practices.

TECHNICAL SKILLS & SAP EXPERTISE

• Deep understanding of S/4HANA architecture, modules (SD, MM, FI, PP, etc.), and business processes
• Strong proficiency in specific SAP modules (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, etc.)
• Experience in configuring and customizing SAP S/4HANA systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities within SAP S/4HANA
• 1-4 years of experience with S/4HANA systems

BUSINESS & SOFT SKILLS

• Thorough understanding of relevant business processes and industry best practices
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and propose solutions
• Excellent communication skills for conveying technical information clearly
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on time
• High attention to detail ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Strong conflict resolution abilities
• Experience creating training materials and conducting training sessions

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, computer science, or business administration preferred (or equivalent SAP system knowledge)
• SAP certifications in relevant modules are preferred
  Travel Requirement: 10%-15%
