Roles & Responsibilities

  • Leading or participating in the full lifecycle of SAP SM module implementation in S/4HANA, including design, configuration, testing, and go-live support
  • Designing functional and technical solutions for SAP S/4HANA Service Management, including configuring the system and ensuring it aligns with business needs.
  • Championing process standardization and ensuring compliance with SAP best practices and architecture principles.
  • Ensuring seamless integration of SAP S/4HANA Service Management with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM) and external systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive design specifications, functional specifications, and other relevant documentation.
  • Overseeing testing activities, including reviewing test plans and coordinating bug fixes, and supporting cutover, migration, and hyper care phases.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert in SAP S/4HANA Service Management, providing guidance to clients and other team members.
  • Participating in RFP responses, project scoping, effort estimation, and project timelines.
  • Providing training to users and stakeholders and communicating effectively with both business and technical teams.

Expectations

  • Good Domain knowledge in Manufacturing & Supply Chain Management.
  • Working experience in the Food & Beverage industry will be an added advantage.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Service Management functionalities, Service requests, Service contracts, Service orders, and billing.
  • Experience with core S/4HANA business processes in Service Management, such as Inhouse Repair, Advanced Return Management, and Order to Cash.
  • Ability to design and configure SAP S/4HANA solutions, as well as document requirements and specifications.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
  • Experience participating in and leading projects, including planning, execution, and testing.
  • Relevant SAP S/4HANA certifications are often preferred.
