JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled and experienced SAP S/4HANA WRICEF (Workflow, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) Design and Development Architect/Senior Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules, strong technical expertise in WRICEF objects, and proven experience in designing and implementing complex WRICEF solutions. The SAP S/4HANA WRICEF Design and Development Architect/Senior Consultant will play a pivotal role in architecting, designing, and delivering WRICEF solutions that meet the business requirements of our clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, with a focus on WRICEF design and development, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior or architect role.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules and architecture, including Finance, Sales and Distribution, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Human Resources.
• Strong expertise in designing and developing WRICEF objects, including ABAP programming, Fiori/UI5 development, SAP HANA modeling, and SAP Cloud Platform integration.
• Proven experience in leading WRICEF design and development activities, managing teams, and delivering high-quality solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and architect innovative solutions.
• SAP S/4HANA certification is highly desirable.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.

• Solution Architecture: Lead the architecture and design of WRICEF solutions for SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, including defining technical architectures, integration points, and solution components.
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for WRICEF objects, identify gaps, and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Technical Design: Develop detailed technical design documents for WRICEF objects, including workflows, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms, ensuring alignment with business requirements and SAP best practices.
• Development: Lead and oversee the development and configuration of WRICEF objects in SAP S/4HANA, including ABAP development, Fiori/UI5 development, SAP HANA modeling, and SAP Cloud Platform integration.
• Customization and Enhancement: Provide expert guidance on customizations and enhancements to standard SAP functionality, leveraging WRICEF objects to extend and enhance SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
• Data Migration: Design and implement data migration strategies and solutions for migrating data into SAP S/4HANA, including data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and loading using SAP Data Services or other ETL tools.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans for WRICEF objects, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines.
• Documentation: Prepare comprehensive technical documentation for WRICEF objects, including technical specifications, configuration guides, user manuals, and training materials.
• Knowledge Transfer: Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams and end-users on WRICEF objects, ensuring smooth handover and effective adoption of solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest SAP S/4HANA technologies, tools, and best practices related to WRICEF objects, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization.
