We are looking for SAP S4 Human Resourses Expert, Role Overview: Seasoned SAP S/4HANA HCM Stream Lead for a global migration project. Responsible for orchestrating the development squad, managing multi-disciplinary teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of HCM solutions (PA, OM, PY) in a high-pressure environment. Requires a strong technical background in ABAP and integration, combined with management-level leadership to mitigate risks during the transition from ECC to S/4HANA HCM and strong technical understanding of the SAP platform, enabling the consultant to produce high-quality functional specifications, review and assess SAP Notes, and collaborate effectively with ABAP and integration teams. The candidate must demonstrate solid knowledge of S/4HANA extensibility principles, including Clean Core strategy, released APIs, and standard enhancement frameworks, ensuring that custom developments align with SAP best practices and long-term upgradeability.. Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in the SAP ecosystem, with a specialized focus on Human Capital Management (HCM). Proven Track Record: At least 2 full-lifecycle S/4HANA HCM migrations (Greenfield, Brownfield, or Private Cloud Edition). Must have experience navigating the transition from legacy ERP HCM to S/4HANA, including the HXM Digital Core. Industry Expertise: Deep experience in Manufacturing, specifically within the Building Materials or Mining sectors. Critical understanding of complex payroll structures for heavy industries, shift management (Workforce Management), and unionized labor environments. Technical Literacy: Strong background in managing HCM-specific development cycles, including Infotypes, enhancements and complex integrations via SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). Expert knowledge in connecting S/4HANA HCM with SuccessFactors (Hybrid models) and third-party workforce tools.
