Description

Lead the implementation of SAP IBP modules (Demand, Supply, Inventory, Response, S&OP). Gather business requirements and translate them into IBP configuration and design. Set up time-series and order-based planning models. Manage integrations between IBP, S/4HANA, and other systems using CPI-DS or other interfaces. Build and maintain planning views, analytics, and dashboards. Conduct workshops, user training, and testing. Provide leadership and best practice guidance for global planning initiatives. In-depth knowledge of SAP IBP modules and planning processes (forecasting, supply, inventory optimization). Experience integrating IBP with S/4HANA and external data sources. Familiarity with CPI-DS, HCI-DS, and Excel planning templates. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or IT. 7-10 years of SAP supply chain experience, including 3+ years in SAP IBP. SAP Certified Application Consultant - SAP Integrated Business Planning preferred. Experience leading end-to-end IBP implementations in large enterprises.
