* Hands on experience in implementing and managing SAP GRC Process Control Module. Automate and monitor internal controls and compliance with in the organization. * Reasonable working knowledge in Designing, configuring, and testing GRC Process Control modules to meet specific business needs in SAP S4HANA. Deep understanding and hands-on experience with the Process Control module, including its configuration and features Ability to analyse data for compliance risks and support audit and regulatory reporting. Should have implementation experience of SAP GRC Process Control 10.X or above. Should have experience in SAP GRC Process Control design, assessment and implementation for SAP applications, Should have well versed with the role redesign and SoD remediation concepts. Knowledge in Conducting risk assessments and designing/implementing automated and manual controls to monitor business processes. Building and managing business rules, data sources, and automated monitoring jobs to continuously track control effectiveness. Continuous Control Monitoring Managing the policy lifecycle and handling control issues, remediation plans, and surveys within the GRC framework. Leading implementation and support projects from planning through go-live and ongoing administration. Performing various forms of testing (unit, integration, UAT) and creating project documentation. Good understanding of business processes, cycles, and how they relate to control design and implementation. Proficiency in creating BRF+ Logics(Business Rule Framework plus), managing workflows, and configuring automated monitoring. Experience in leading and executing SAP GRC implementation and support projects. Ability to conduct workshops, gather requirements from business and functional teams, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
