About the role As a SAP Principal Architect, you will make an impact by leading the design and implementation of complex S/4 HANA solutions to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency. You will be a valued member of the Digital Transformation team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to drive innovative solutions and ensure optimal performance and efficiency. In this role, you will: Lead the design and implementation of complex S/4 HANA solutions to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency. Oversee the development and integration of SAP and non-SAP applications ensuring seamless functionality and user experience. Provide expert guidance on system optimization and improved performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address system challenges driving continuous improvement. Develop and maintain data models in S/4 HANA ensuring data integrity and accessibility for stakeholders. Work model: Onsite in Waltham, MA – from the United States only What you need to have to be considered 20+ years of Healthcare/Life Sciences industry experience, including Kidney Care Dialysis Extensive experience in S/4 HANA. Strong skills in S/4 HANA transformation with a proven track record of successful implementations. Knowledge of data models demonstrating a deep understanding of technical intricacies. Knowledge of the Provider domain applying insights to optimize solutions. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering high-quality results. These will help you stand out Effective communication skills facilitating collaboration across diverse teams. SAP Certification in one or more functional areas. Experience mentoring and supporting team members fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth. Ability to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies applying them to enhance systems. Experience coordinating with external partners and vendors to integrate third-party solutions seamlessly.
