Key Responsibilities Implementation & Configuration Lead full lifecycle SAP SD implementations and upgrades. Configure SD functionalities: Order-to-Cash (O2C), pricing, billing, shipping, credit management. Customize SAP SD to meet business requirements and ensure compliance with best practices. Integration Work with other SAP modules (MM, FI, PP, LE) for smooth integration. Handle EDI/IDOC setups and third-party integrations. Support & Maintenance Provide post-implementation support and resolve SAP SD issues. Conduct root cause analysis and implement enhancements. Documentation & Training Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and user manuals. Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users. Testing & Quality Assurance Perform unit, integration, and UAT testing for new configurations. Continuous Improvement Suggest process improvements and stay updated on SAP SD and S/4HANA innovations. Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Expertise 8–12 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration and customization. Minimum 2 end-to-end implementation projects in SAP SD. Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash cycle, complex pricing procedures, tax setups. Experience with SAP S/4HANA SD and Fiori apps. Domain Knowledge Understanding of sales and distribution processes across industries. Soft Skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Ability to lead teams and mentor junior consultants. Education & Certifications Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. SAP SD and S/4HANA certifications preferred. Nice-to-Have Exposure to ABAP basics, SAP Fiori, and integration with Ariba. Experience with Agile/ASAP methodologies. What's this role about?
