Responsibilities

  • To develop business and work closely with existing customer on related services such as upgrading, re-educating of ERP Solutions and many more.
  • Develop new business opportunities and product marketing to customers. Establish contacts and develop new accounts.
  • Conduct regular review on all business opportunities, and to follow-up on new projects.
  • Conduct survey on end-users and provide necessary support. Provide field visits, marketing support in any road shows or events where necessary.
  • Conduct market competitive analysis and propose effective solutions to gain greater market share.
  • Work and communicate closely with the sales team, driving synergy through active collaboration with internal teams and customers.
  • Maintain proper records of projects and update the sales team regularly on key opportunities as well as ensure timely report entry into CRM system.
  • Produce regular dashboard reporting. Requirements Required to have experience in handling ERP Project.

Preferably experienced in ERP/SAP Solutions.

- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
