Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

Looking for a visionary SAP Sales Director to lead our pursuits across the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council). This is a high-impact regional leadership role for someone who can influence digital transformation journeys across public and private enterprises.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive the defined SAP regional growth strategy across UAE, KSA, Qatar, and other GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) countries
  • Build deep relationships with CIOs, Digital Officers, and Ministry stakeholders in priority accounts
  • Own the full deal lifecycle: from market mapping and qualification to bid strategy, pricing, and closure
  • Lead strategic deals across S/4HANA, SAP BTP, RISE with SAP, and GROW with SAP solutions
  • Collaborate closely with solutioning, presales, competency, and delivery teams to craft executable, value-led proposals
  • Co-create opportunities with SAP MENA and local SI/alliance partners
  • Drive region-specific GTM plays and lead contracting discussions
  • Track competitive trends and adjust positioning to win strategic deals
  • Promote SAP Clean Core transformation messaging and advocate extensibility through SAP BTP and SAP Build
  • Build and lead a multi-country sales team, nurturing a winning culture of execution
  • Represent the company at SAP events, partner forums, and digital summits
