Analyze issues: Identify problems in the billing and invoicing process and propose solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy Design business processes: Design core or customized business processes to meet client needs Test and implement: Set up and test the SAP system, and implement new business processes Communicate with stakeholders: Communicate complex requirements to and from technical and non-technical stakeholders Provide product support: Provide product support and maintenance to clients, and resolve day-to-day queries and technical problems Create automation tools: Create and deploy automation tools to ensure process optimization and increase efficiency
