Description:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior experience in a SAP Sales and Distribution Support / Project role with multiple successful SAP implementations
- S/4 HANA experience as we are on S/4 HANA , Minimum 6 year of experience in SAP SD module
- Senior level expertise in SAP SD required (advanced knowledge in Pricing); expertise/knowledge in additional SAP modules preferred
- Expertise in supporting interfaces with external systems such as Salesforce/Flexera/Oracle, able to troubleshoot issues in relation to those interfaces
- Knowledgeable with milestone billing in relation to subscription orders
- Solid understanding of customer order management and distribution processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills; Able to build strong and successful long-term working relationships; Strong ability to achieve objectives by working with others in an organizational context
- Experience using Solution Manager and ServiceNow
- Understanding of BI reporting
- Familiarity with OCR scanning tools; Opentext Business Center Capture (BCC)
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with business stakeholders across business units to develop and support business processes and enable them in our SAP system
- Identify creative ways to improve sales and distribution efficiency and effectiveness by streamlining processes and systems (i.e. modification of responsibilities or consolidation of tasks, elimination of non-value-added processes, or complete re-engineering of processes and systems)
- Write business requirements and functional specifications that are clear and well understood
- Act as liaison between business and technical staff to find creative solutions to complex problems
- Develop and execute test plans and scripts that are traceable to documented requirements; oversee and conduct user acceptance testing
- Participate in corporate change control processes
- Maintain documentation and updates; analyze lessons learned and share with the SAP CoE community
- Contribute to the development of an overall IS project delivery and support practice at Avigilon, ensuring work product is thorough and well-structured, and business needs are effectively and efficiently met
