WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- +3 years relevant hands-on experience as SAP key-user (business process owner who understands the SAP functionalities - processes, architecture & system configuration) or SAP Consultant (expertise shift in case of experience on any other logistics modules).
- Operational and organizational knowledge of logistics processes.
- Good understanding of SAP business processes (Order management, Procurement, Delivery processing, Pricing, Special business processes) and SAP functionalities (architecture).
- Hands-on experience in delivering presentations / training sessions.
- Fluency in English; German proficiency, or other foreign languages would be a plus.
- Have proven experience in working in multicultural and geographically-distributed teams.
- Have flexibility for travel in Europe as per project needs (currently reduced due to new hybrid way of working).
Responsibilities:
- Participate in various challenging SAP project stages like Template Definition, Fit-Gap Analysis, Template Build, Testing, Go-Live and Support.
- Acquire a good understanding of business process and be able to offer the best technical solution to meet the business needs.
- Understand and be able to independently customize SAP SD specific processes, functionalities and know the common integration points with other SAP Modules (FI, CO, EWM, TM, PP etc.).
- Create Functional Specification / Configuration documents.
- Conduct workshops, perform system demonstrations designed to collect end user requirements.
- Work on the training materials incorporating requirements and deliver end user training or train the trainer.
- Communicate effectively with Project manager, Team members and Client.
- Demonstrate interpersonal skills with clients and a team player attitude.
- Have the willingness to develop new professional skills.
