WHO WE ARE

The S4 Project – OTC Consultant plays a critical role in streamlining Order to Cash processes, implementing industry best practices, and collaborating with the Global Team to ensure alignment with the Global S4 OTC system design. This position may also involve configuring the OTC workstream within the S4 Global Program, with guidance from the S4 Project Global Core Team. The consultant will focus on developing robust, agile solutions, analyzing business requirements, and managing the implementation of new processes and software solutions under the S4 HANA Project scope.
This role offers an opportunity to drive transformation and contribute to the successful deployment of cutting-edge SAP solutions within a global framework.

• Ensure alignment across functions and the user community with SAP OTC best practices and industry-standard processes while addressing specific business needs and fostering partnerships
• Provide leadership in OTC-related transformation efforts, setting priorities, implementing new processes, and refining existing ones, in collaboration with key process owners and subject matter experts
• Align requirements with project scope, objectives, and strategies
• Partner with user communities to manage project portfolios and ensure technology solutions align with business initiatives
• Serve as a mediator between IT teams, leveraging knowledge of IT roles and organizational dynamics
• Support or manage team activities, develop project plans, and ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery
• Assist with SAP and third-party solution implementations alongside consultants or Functional Analyst
• Stay updated on SAP advancements, best practices, functionalities, and related Technologies
