JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The SAP Security Analyst (Basis) is responsible for maintaining and managing the security measures of SAP systems within an organization. Their main duty is to ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information in the SAP environment. They develop, implement, and monitor SAP security controls, troubleshoot security issues, and provide technical support. The role involves working closely with IT and business teams to ensure the secure and efficient operation of the SAP system.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage and implement SAP technical upgrades
Develop and implement new SAP security roles for Treasury Finance.
Manage and implement major Oracle Database upgrades for the SAP installations
Manage and support SAP Hana conversion
Design, test and implement the workflow for Corporate for requesting non-standard SAP security roles
Design and program UNIX shell scripts for monitoring the Oracle databases for the installed SAP system landscape
Perform SAP system copies from the production database to refresh test systems. Steps including scrubbing production data where necessary.
Complete extensive tests as part of the annual audit.
Research production related issues with the Identity Management system and the SAP system.
Create new SAP Security roles to support Travel Expense Reporting for all our clients divisions, including the employee and Travel Audit personnel.
Participate SAP Treasury knowledge transfer (KT).
Review and develop standard work documents and Work Step Instructions (WSI) for treasury processes. This includes both standard SAP and custom e5 objects in scope under Treasury functionality. Objects include: transaction codes, screens, reports, table maintenance; interfaces, forms, conversions, etc.
Review the functional and technical specifications for its completeness.
Support for future “go-lives” and rollout of existing production functionalities to new holding companies.
Participate in user-acceptance or system activities for new or modified SAP objects.
Coordinate training/KT with offshore resource for the above items to provide additional resource/extend support coverage for European & Asian time zones.

Pay: $140,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
