Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

This position is responsible for delivering analytical support and Level 2 (escalation) and Level 3 (complex problem resolution) support for various SAP platforms and interfaces. The role supports a range of activities, including business requirements analysis and documentation, testing coordination, and managing the business impact of system changes.

TAFE NSW is seeking four Analyst roles as follows:

  • 1x Senior SAP ESS (Employee Self Service) / MSS (Manager Self Service) Analyst
  • 1x Senior SAP PA (Personnel Administration) / OM (Organisation Management) Analyst
  • 1x Senior SAP TLM (Time & Leave Management) Analyst
  • 1x Senior SAP Security GRC (Governance, Risk & Control) Administrator
