Summary
We are looking for an “SAP Senior Consultant EWM / Logistics / TM (f/m/d)” for the “Information Management Design & Development Operations” department in Oberkochen or Ulm as soon as possible.
As part of the company-wide S/4HANA transformation, we are redefining the logistics and warehouse management processes and introducing SAP S/4 EWM warehouse management. For this, we need an experienced SAP S/4 application expert who will define and implement the new processes together with the logistics departments and manage, support and further develop them throughout the company after successful implementation.

Your Tasks

• Strategic development and design of integrated logistics and supply chain management (SCM) processes, particularly in the area of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Transportation Management (TM). The aim is to optimize end-to-end material flows and harmonize across locations to increase efficiency and competitiveness
• Coordinating and managing IT integration points with logistics service providers and connecting external systems to ensure a seamless flow of information and drive forward the digital transformation of logistics processes
• Setting up and taking responsibility for operations, including 2nd and 3rd level support
• Ensuring high availability and efficiency of the systems and initiating continuous improvement processes
• Analyzing and optimizing existing processes and identifying potential improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs

Your Profile

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or comparable practical professional experience
• Several years of professional experience in the support and further development of SAP EWM
• Experience in SAP S / 4, SAP customizing, rollouts, enhancement, support & testing (complete lifecycle)
• Experience in IT application management and IT change management
• Experience in the connection of logistics hardware (label printer, hand scanner) and connection of automated warehouse systems advantageous
• Basic knowledge of logistics processes in SAP TM advantageous
• Integrated understanding of processes in SAP modules MM, PP, SD
• High level of independence and self-motivation in combination with the ability to work in a team
• Good knowledge of German and English
