Responsibilities

SAP’s Corporate Processes & Information Technology organization offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled, experienced, technical professional in our Rewards & Incentives product team. Together with our passionate internal IT team & external partners, you will be responsible for various solutions and applications integrated with our on-premise HR instance. Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Work on core Total Rewards deliverables, focusing on equity & benefits scenarios and their interfaces with 3rd party solutions
  • Collaboratively refine product backlog to create acceptance criteria relevant to our technical delivery
  • Work on technical design, implementation of decomposed user stories, testing, and release management, ensuring a reliable & efficient delivery
  • Consult our HR stakeholders on technical feasibility and limitations
  • Collaborate with peers & business stakeholders in agile ceremonies
  • Help improve our agile ways working
  • Work with our strategic partners to transition deliverables from build to run, ensuring stable operations
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of our support processes & the quality of our user experience
