Your Role Act as primary client interface for SAP service delivery and relationship management. Oversee end-to-end delivery (incidents, changes, enhancements, SLAs). Manage SAP projects, timelines, and global resource allocation. Drive operational excellence via KPIs, reporting, and continuous improvement. Own financials (budget, margins) and align delivery with business strategy. Your Profile Overall need 12-14 Years Experience only in which relevant experience should be 6–10 years in SAP delivery (ECC & S/4HANA) Functional knowledge of SAP modules (OTC, PTP, Finance, Logistics, etc.) Leadership experience managing 20+ resources in global delivery setups Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management Knowledge of ITIL, delivery frameworks, and compliance (SOX) What you'll love about working here You can shape your career with us.
