WHAT YOU BRING:

• We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
• You are a student at a university or a university of applied sciences.
• Profound language skills in German and English – both written and spoken
• Computer skills: Advanced knowledge of MS Office
• Team player with an independent working style who is confident in working in a virtual team and can manage multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and strong organizational skills
• Strong interest in recruiting within an innovative technology company

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Position title: SAP Services iXp Intern - HR Recruiting Associate with German language
Location: Prague
Expected start date: March/April 2025
Duration: 6 months or longer

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:

As an intern in the Student Talent Discovery organization, you will learn all stages of the candidate journey: from creating a job opening, to contract creation in a global company.

• Maintaining and publishing job postings, using both internal and external sourcing channels
• Reviewing and pre-screening incoming applications
• Preparing works council hearings
• Proposing your own ideas on how to optimize internal processes
• Taking part in ongoing HR recruiting projects, working closely with colleagues across the globe
