Description

Experience Expectations20+ years of overall SAP experience with at least 3–5 years in solution architecture roles
Proven experience in at least 2–3 full-cycle SAP implementations or S/4HANA transformations
Experience in handling large-scale, multi-country rollouts and complex system landscapes
Strong exposure to both functional and technical aspects of SAP
Industry / Domain ExperienceManufacturing, Retail, Energy, Utilities, or BFSI domains preferred
Experience in global enterprise environments and consulting organizations

Key ResponsibilitiesDefine end-to-end SAP solution architecture aligned with business and IT strategy
Lead S/4HANA transformation programs including greenfield, brownfield, and hybrid implementations
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Design scalable, secure, and high-performance system landscapes
Ensure integration between SAP and non-SAP systems (cloud, third-party platforms, legacy systems)
Provide guidance on SAP best practices, standards, and governance frameworks
Oversee technical design, development standards, and code quality across projects
Lead architecture reviews and ensure compliance with enterprise architecture guidelines
Mentor functional and technical teams, providing direction during implementation cycles
Drive innovation through adoption of SAP BTP, Fiori/UI5, and emerging technologies
Support pre-sales activities including solution proposals, estimations, and client presentations
Manage risk, performance bottlenecks, and ensure smooth production rollouts
