POSITION SUMMARY:In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective use of SAP solutions and drive business process improvements. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining data security, optimizing SAP functionality, and contributing to our commitment to sustainability and social responsibility.

· Administer and configure SAP systems to align with business requirements.
· Collaborate with various departments to design and implement SAP solutions.
· Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize SAP resources for maximum efficiency.
· Assist in the development, testing, and deployment of SAP software enhancements.
· Provide user support, address technical issues, and deliver training to SAP users.
· Document system configurations, changes, and incident resolutions.
· Stay informed about SAP updates, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
· Contribute to SAP projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing business processes.
· Uphold and adhere to the B Corp standards in various areas, including Corporate Governance, Environmental sustainability, Employee well-being, and Community engagement.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Associates in Computer Science and minimum two years’ relevant SAP consulting or industry experience.
• Hands-on functional configuration and design experience
• Solid understanding of the SAP ERP Sales and distribution, Logistics execution, and Warehouse management.
• Experience in implementation, customization, and maintenance of SAP with a focus on the logistics functional area, including the warehouse and inventory area
• Knowledge of EDI processes and basic components
• Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA is a plus
• SAP ABAP programming skills is a plus
• Experience in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 products
