THE REQUIREMENTS:

Degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field.
Hands-on experience with SAP ERP/S/4HANA in one or more domains (Materials, Manufacturing, OTC, Finance, Quality).
Familiarity with pharmaceutical/regulated environments and awareness of compliance expectations (GxP, CSV, etc.).
Strong business process knowledge and ability to act as a bridge between IT and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a SAP Specialists to join a major pharmaceutical program, supporting multiple functional domains (Materials, Manufacturing, OTC, Finance, and others). The role will begin with project support activities (design, testing, data, change management) and transition into ongoing support of business operations and future projects.
You will act as a key link between domain stakeholders and the program/IT teams, ensuring S/4HANA solutions are well designed, compliant, and aligned with business strategy.
The role is an On-site Position.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Support the Workstream Lead in all aspects of their role, escalating issues where required.
Participate in design workshops and contribute business process expertise from your domain.
Provide input on current business processes, challenging where necessary to align with program strategy (“Adopt, not adapt”).
Contribute to the development and documentation of target processes.
Undertake training to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for end-user support within your domain.
Support Change Management activities by working with the Change Lead, preparing content for communications and training.
Participate in data activities (data recovery, migration validation, cleansing support).
Contribute to User Acceptance Testing (UAT): prepare and document scenarios, test data, and procedures from a key user perspective.
Support the creation of training modules and SOPs (educational content, exercises, user guides, etc.).
Provide post go-live support, helping end users, resolving issues, and liaising with IT and program teams.
Assist in continuous improvement and enhancement projects as business needs evolve.
