    Are you an experienced SAP SuccessFactors professional passionate about delivering top-notch HR technology support?
    We’re seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Support Analyst to provide expert technical and functional support across multiple modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Cloud for Customer, and Employee Central Service Center.

MUST HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support
  • Proven expertise with EC, PMGM, Learning, C4C, ECSC modules
  • Strong skills in system configuration, integration, and troubleshooting complex technical issues
  • Experience managing release cycles, testing, and impact assessments
  • Solid reporting and data validation capabilities supporting audit and compliance needs
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Knowledge of GDPR, data security, and audit compliance standards
Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day issues ensuring system stability and data integrity
  • Configure system settings, workflows, and role-based permissions to optimize HR processes
  • Manage integrations with SAP ECC and validate data accuracy across platforms
  • Lead testing and release management activities for smooth system updates
  • Collaborate with HR and business teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
  • Support compliance, reporting, audit activities, and maintain detailed documentation
  • Liaise with SAP support and IT teams for escalation and incident resolution
