• Understanding Business requirements, Blueprint.
• Interacting with the Business Users
• Should have worked on Implementation project.
• Understanding of Time off process in Global organizations.
• Hands-on all the Time Off Accrual, PEP, Interim Rules and Time off Objects.
• Has extensive knowledge in employee central configuration work: Succession Data Model, Business Rules (able to tracing as well), Foundation and Generic Objects, Custom UIs, Workflows, Intelligent Service Center (a plus).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
