Your role in the team

• 
  
• As an integral part of our SAP team, you will analyze and design end-to-end business processes in human resources management. In doing so, you will actively and purposefully advance the expansion of SAP SuccessFactors as a strategic HCM platform at Westfalen.
• 
  
• They identify and integrate new technologies and innovations, particularly in the modules Employee Central, Recruiting, Payroll, and Time Tracking. They place special emphasis on AI topics within the SuccessFactors environment.
• 
  
• They advise the specialist departments and jointly develop concepts taking into account these innovations and SAP Best Practices.
• 
  
• They implement requirements using SAP SuccessFactors Admin Tools, customizing in SAP HCM/H4S4, and, if necessary, development.
• 
  
• You manage, optimize, and expand the interface between SuccessFactors and SAP HCM. You support the development and operation of additional interfaces (SAC, SAP Concur, time tracking systems). You take on operational tasks in SuccessFactors and HCM, including support for specialist users.
